3. Payment
Clients agree to pay fees as outlined in each project proposal. All invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified in writing.
4. Refund Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with our services, the following refund terms apply:
- Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of milestone delivery.
- Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days.
- Process: Submit your request through our support form detailing the reasons and required evidence.
- Non-refundable items: Consulting fees for completed advisory sessions and third-party licensing costs.
Partial refunds may be granted at our sole discretion based on work delivered versus remaining deliverables.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, code, documentation, and deliverables created by BizSoftwareCraft GmbH remain our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership transfers to the client, except for any pre-existing or third-party components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizSoftwareCraft GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich.
